FAQ
Questions I Actually Get Asked
Most of these started as Instagram DMs. I got tired of typing the same answer twice, so now it lives here instead.
About the site
Is This Really You Writing Everything?
Every word. There's no ghostwriter and no assistant drafting captions — if something sounds like me, it's because it is me, usually typed at an odd hour.
How Often Do You Post?
Whenever there's something worth saying. I don't run on a content calendar — some weeks that's three posts, some weeks it's one — and I'd rather it stay that way than pad the schedule with filler.
Do the Four Sections Get Equal Attention?
No, and I've stopped pretending they will. Whatever I'm actually living through — a trip, a house project, a health kick — is what shows up more that month. It evens out over a year.

Are the Links in the Shop Affiliate Links?
Some of them, yes — it's noted at the bottom of every page. I only add something after I've bought and used it myself; the commission doesn't change what makes the list.
How Do You Decide What Goes In?
If I mention it more than once in real life without being asked, it goes in. That's the whole bar.
A Link Is Broken, or the Item's Sold Out — What Do I Do?
Tell me. Email or an Instagram DM both work, and I'll either fix the link or point you to the closest thing.

Come Find Me on Instagram
That’s where most of these started as DMs anyway. For brand partnerships specifically, email is faster.
