Wellness

Nothing here is a wellness routine in the Pinterest sense. It's just the short list of things that actually change my mood, kept honest on purpose.

Less a routine than a running list of what actually calmed me down — kept honest, updated when something stops working. None of it happens by accident; a full calendar doesn’t hand you free time for it.

The Non-Negotiables

  • Ten minutes before anyone else is awake.
  • One thing off the calendar, every single week.
  • Rest that doesn't have to be productive to count.
Rest I actually took, not the kind I posted about.

Let’s Be Friends

Once a month I send the things that didn’t make it to the grid — the hotel I’d actually rebook, what I’m cooking on repeat, the one thing I bought and don’t regret.

No spam — just what I’m loving each month.
